Disclaimer
This Disclaimer explains the limits of the educational calculators, content and estimates provided by Easy Grade Calculator.
Effective date: 30 September 2026 · Last updated: 30 September 2026
1. Educational and informational purpose
Easy Grade Calculator provides free tools and written guidance for general educational and informational purposes. The calculators are intended to help users understand grade percentages, weighted scores, GPA estimates, final-exam targets and similar academic calculations.
The website does not provide official academic records, school decisions, admissions decisions or professional educational advice.
2. Calculator results are estimates
Results are based on the numbers you enter and the formula or assumptions described on the relevant calculator page. Your school, college, university, instructor or examination body may use different grading scales, category weights, rounding rules, extra-credit policies, cutoff dates or other methods.
For this reason, a result shown on Easy Grade Calculator may differ from an official grade. Always check your syllabus, institution policy or official academic record before making an important decision based on a calculation.
3. Accuracy and errors
We aim to keep our calculators and explanations accurate and understandable, but we do not guarantee that every result, formula, example or piece of content will always be error-free, complete or suitable for every grading system.
Website software, browser behaviour, data-entry mistakes or future changes to educational policies can also affect a result. If you notice a possible calculation or content error, please contact us so we can review it.
4. You are responsible for the inputs you enter
Calculator outputs depend on the values supplied by the user. Incorrect grades, weights, credit hours, dates, point totals or other inputs will produce results based on those incorrect values.
You should review your entries and compare them with the grading method used by your course or institution.
5. No guarantee of academic outcomes
Easy Grade Calculator cannot guarantee a particular grade, GPA, course result, graduation outcome, admission result, scholarship decision or other academic outcome. Any planning result—such as a required final-exam score—is an estimate based on the information entered and the method used by the calculator.
6. External links and third-party services
The website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including our official LinkedIn company page and services used for analytics, hosting, security or website performance. External websites are operated under their own terms, policies and practices.
We are not responsible for the availability, content, accuracy or privacy practices of websites that we do not control.
7. Advertising and sponsored content
The website may display advertising or sponsored content in the future. The presence of an advertisement does not mean that Easy Grade Calculator guarantees or endorses the advertiser’s product, service or claims. Users should evaluate third-party offers independently before making a purchase or sharing information.
8. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Easy Grade Calculator is not responsible for losses, decisions or consequences arising from reliance on an estimated calculator result, a user input error, temporary website unavailability, or information supplied by a third party.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes to this Disclaimer
We may update this Disclaimer when the website, calculators, services or legal requirements change. The revised date at the top of this page will show when the latest version became effective.
